I bought one of these adapters years ago and they work great. The sound is the best you can hope for from a cassette adapter. So I wanted to get another one for my other car. Some recent reviewers were concerned that a different model was being sent to them, but I ordered anyway (from a third party but made by Revain) so I could easily return it if something was wrong. Well, the last reviewers were right. They sent me a different model number. I tried the adapter and the audio was mute and the bass was too pronounced. It sounded terrible. So I will definitely send it back. Conclusion: If you get the right product like the one in the picture, it should sound good in your car. But it seems that the product is out of stock and the sellers are replacing it with an inferior model. Just in case, make sure any seller you order it from has a good return policy.
