I have used this product with my iPhone 4 and my 2002 Honda Accord SE. The cassette adapter has screws that allow you to adjust the cable for side or front loading tape recorders. Glad I bought this one! It works fine in my city and 2000 country. I only hear clicks when no song is playing yet. When a song is playing, I can't hear anything but the song even at minimum volume. The quality is no worse than on the radio, with some songs almost CD quality. I couldn't be happier! You may be lucky enough to find an adapter that works with your car, but it's worth the search!
