We should have known better as the chargers we had for the earlier room broke down a couple of times but we were intrigued by the concept of not having to sweep the floor. Roomba works if you could only charge it. With our second Roomba, the charger failed after only 3 months. You'd think that irobot figured out how to make or buy a reliable charger, and for the price they're charging the E5, they could certainly afford it.
