First off, I am so unbelievably satisfied with this product! I washed them as soon as I took them out of the packaging as I do with any new clothing I bought, they held up ,did not shrink, and did not fade. The waist band is the perfect width to make you feel secure and comfortable like a pair of yoga pants would do. The fit is spot on and they fit so comfortably. They are high waisted so they offer more support but still have a sporty flirty look to them! These are the most comfortable underwear I have ever purchased and I will continue to purchase them.
