Great Billing Software & Customer Service

I have used vet star for over 10 years now as our billing software vendor we use it daily in all aspects of running my business from scheduling visits through accounts receivable/payable processing. The customer service has been excellent throughout this time period always available when needed or questions arise. There is nothing really i dislike about their program other than they could make some changes here and there but overall very pleased with how everything works! We are able to schedule appointments easily using the online scheduler which makes life easier for us during busy times especially since most people don't want to wait around at the office while seeing if someone can fit them into open slots. This helps keep everyone happy by being able to see what's going on without having to go out front everytime somebody wants something done. It also allows me to be sure no one gets lost in the system so i know exactly who needs seen next. Also keeping track of payments made easy too. Makes things run.
