I like the look and feel of this scraper and it's good that it doesn't conduct heat like metal when cleaning a hot grill. I didn't realize how big and thick it is which is amazing looks and feels really sturdy. However, its cleaning performance is simply disappointing. It doesn't clean as well as metal. Maybe also because it's my first time using it, but when I rub against the grate to make grooves it leaves a film when the sawdust is on the grates. It wipes off easily but when left on I can't believe it's great. Unfortunately I think this marks a return to metal bristle scrapers for me.
