Review on 📍 Garmin Suction Cup Mount: Reliable Support in Standard Packaging by Joz Lowe

Leave it to Garmin! This Garmin suction cup mount is actually much better than the original as the suction on my windshield is so strong I can't really remove it from my windshield! So last week the plastic lever that attached the suction cup to the windshield fell off the assembly on my center console. I gently pushed it back into place, but when I pushed it forward to secure the Garmin device to the windshield, I noticed that it had very little torque. (Like many other parts of various components, when they break, they need to be replaced) Anyway, now. The torque is so great that even if I let go of the lever to remove the suction cup mount, I can't loosen it! If I tried my best I would break the plastic on this replacement unit. (I usually take the Garmin off the windshield at night, as I used to have the entire suction cup/mount and the Garmin itself falling onto my center console in the mornings due to excessive windshield heating.) Not anymore! Now I simply detach the Garmin and place it in the storage compartment on the center console, leaving the suction cup mount attached to the windshield. In the morning I take out the Garmin, attach it to a plastic ball and that's it! So actually this device is a lot stronger, has a lot more torque than the suction cup mount that comes with the device. My advice, actually invest $11 and buy this Garmin suction cup mount if you are going to buy a Garmin navigator as it is denser and more durable. (Keep the suction cup that came with Garmin as a backup). By the way, this replacement is perfect for my Garmin. Many people have asked (on the Revain forum) if the replacement is suitable for a Garmin that requires this part. Don't worry, it fits almost every Garmin perfectly! Many thanks to Revain for stocking the parts and a big thanks to Garmin for making parts that will of course need to be replaced over time. I am very happy with this replacement Garmin suction cup mount! Don't hesitate one minute to buy it. As mentioned, it's actually better than what comes in the kit! Wonderful!
