Seller was great; Shipped and received very quickly, no problems. The problem is that this is a poor quality product. The pan fitted my 2011 Jaguar XJ perfectly, however the bolts on the car were much heavier and stronger than those that came with this kit. Unfortunately, I only paid attention to it AFTER I broke one while screwing. If you're buying this for a Jaguar, BMW or Mercedes, don't; Get a higher quality kit: Your new car cost over $70,000 for a reason.
