After a couple of weeks of use, the cord started to twist so much that it was impossible to untie it completely. This usually happens with such devices after many years of use, but it has happened since day one. I don't know if there's a way to prevent this or make a better cable, but the thing is, it's almost impossible to use. The cable is twisted so heavily that its overall length is very short and it constantly tries to pull the headphones off your head. I didn't do anything for it. It connects to my laptop on my desk and goes to my head. I haven't twisted it, walked around corners, or anything else that would cause it.
