It dampens. I say good job!
Love Walker exhaust kits for cheap and easy repairs. For the most part, a dye master can attach parts in a few hours, most don't require welding or special tools, and let's face it - compared to custom builds, you can't beat the price. I always shell out good SS stuff on my show cars, but for my daily driving (when Walker does) these guys have my business!
