Customer service was excellent. I had a misunderstanding regarding the installation steps which a customer service representative helped me to solve. The representative answered my questions quickly and pointed me in the right direction. Basically, the mistake I made was trying to do the install process with only restoring from a backup. Since the new SDD driver is not installed by default, you MUST use the Internet installation method. After I switched to installing from the web, everything worked very well. The speed of the new SSD is about 2.5 times faster than the original 256GB SSD. Thanks again for great customer service.
