I bought this for my husband. When it came it was in a small box and I thought it was a mix up. Luckily I had read the description on the website and knew the pillow would have to be plumped up. After putting in dryer and working it a little it worked into a great pillow. My husband says it is too fat for what he wanted. Love the pillows myself and will keep them and use them elsewhere. Great product but read the descriptions because none comes with the product.
