This product has a design flaw where the hooks easily slip out of the track when removing or installing bikes. I've spent a lot of time tweaking this track and trying to find a way to prevent this, but it's just a poorly designed product. If you want a bike rack that only supports bikes like Wall Art then this will work. However, most of the people will put their bike on or off the rack frequently and will soon be disappointed with this product. If you miss a bike, the hook holding the bike will be hit and this will cause a chain reaction with several bikes falling. Not very sure. Stay away from this product. I've spent a lot of time trying to find a really working bike rack of this design but unfortunately they've all failed. Bicycles, with their rotating front forks, are just inherently difficult to look at. I think the safest way to store bikes is not to hang them in that position - they just shouldn't be stored that way.
