I like how easy it is, even with our large database of people who have applied that we can find new qualified individuals very quickly! It's also nice knowing they are doing all these things because there isn't really anything else out there right now if someone needs help finding work opportunities or qualifying them (or both!).

There don't seem too many glitches yet so far but nothing major either as long everything works smoothly when an applicant registers their tax return then gets back into accounting after submitting the claim form through us. We're able to see at-a glance where any issues might be before actually having anyone try registering one time vs multiple times throughout 2016/2017 etc., which has helped cut down significantly on manual checking afterwards - just check against what was submitted previously rather than going over each case again looking specifically for errors versus simply comparing dates.
