Great software and services!! Very good customer service

I like how easy it is, even with our large database of people who have applied that we can find new qualified individuals very quickly! It's also nice knowing they are doing all these things because there isn't really anything else out there right now if someone needs help finding work opportunities or qualifying them (or both!). There don't seem too many glitches yet so far but nothing major either as long everything works smoothly when an applicant registers their tax return then gets back…

Pros
  • The ease & simplicity in navigating from start screen directly forward once you enter first data point per year instead being required click different items individually until end stage..the same information presented frontward across most pages without needless clicks / page reloads makes this process easier overall especially since using Excel 2013 prior versions weren’t designed well enough along those lines nor did excel

  • There are disadvantages

So happy and relieved once getting paid

I like that it is so easy to use, even if you are new at this. It makes you feel good about yourself when you get a big check back from the government! The people who work there really helped me out with my issues. There was one time where their computer crashed right as they were ready to submit everything. They were able to help get it all submitted just minutes after we got off of hold. We had been working towards receiving our tax credit, but due to some technical problems, we didn't have…

Very beneficial tool - especially these days

The most useful part is that it has helped me with my tax return, I have been able to find and connect people who are looking for employment as well as those who need work done from their home office or other remote locations. It’s very helpful at this time of year when we just can't get everyone back into full speed due to COVID-19. There isn't anything that can be said about the program itself but if there was something that could make things easier it would be good because right now people…

Great way to Find Potential Employees

I love this program because it is easy, quick & efficient tool that helps find qualified individuals who are looking forward of working with us! There's nothing about work opportunity tax credit i dislike at all!! It does what its suppose too do which makes me happy as well. This would be perfect if we could see some changes maybe make searching easier or something like an app so people can use from their smart phone? Great customer service: Work Opportunity Tax Credit

The best thing about this program is that it gives me an extra incentive when I'm able! It's not really anything, but if they would make all of their products cheaper then there wouldn't be as much competition out here because we'd have no choice!! If people want jobs done quickly or cheaply (like my job) than go with work opportunity tax credit instead. They are very helpful especially during slow times too which makes things easier since other companies aren’t always so reliable like them…
