I like that it is so easy to use, even if you are new at this. It makes you feel good about yourself when you get a big check back from the government! The people who work there really helped me out with my issues. There was one time where their computer crashed right as they were ready to submit everything. They were able to help get it all submitted just minutes after we got off of hold. We had been working towards receiving our tax credit, but due to some technical problems, we didn't have anything until recently. Once again, we're excited to receive money from them.
