Review on πŸ‘ž Roozin Men's Stretch Casual Loafers Slip-On Shoes in Loafers & Slip-Ons by Robert Moloney

Second Time Charm

Reviewed Rating: OK, let's try again. After reading my review, the seller contacted me and asked if I would like to try again with the next euro size. I was positively surprised. It's no secret that I got them through Vine, although not entirely free, the seller doesn't see any profit at all. I'm pretty honest with every product review I give, Vine is no different. This was the only Vine salesperson who ever called customer service. After the shock wore off, I had to think about it. I decided to accept her kind offer. I received a second pair a few weeks after the first shoe arrived. I checked them out and they seemed to be very well made. When you put them on, you immediately feel comfortable. The insole is soft, but not on that creepy memory foam. I know a lot of people who like it but they always seem too warm to be comfortable all day and I don't care. These shoes are more like good shock absorbers that make every step...well...comfortable. Something surprising. I went through school selling shoes. I never put on a new pair of shoes without first checking the last nails with my hand. Nowadays it doesn't matter that much anymore, but old habits and such do. Well, when I did that, I felt the ridge cut right into the insole, like a toe brace. I hate that! But strangely I didn't feel it. Either it compresses so gently or it's positioned perfectly. In any case, this does not detract from a pleasant wearing comfort. They actually look pretty good for casual wear. Now let's talk about size. For the second time we gave up the stupid idea of using US sizes. They offered 44 euros and I accepted. That's a full size bigger than my Pikolinos (43). So I recommend going full size and not messing around with 1/2 size. Knowing European sizes gives you an advantage in knowing in advance if you will like them. The final test will be how they are worn. But honestly, if you have shoes like this, you probably don't plan for them to live to see their second birthday. At least I won't. They seem well suited for what I want them for. Maybe a little bit better because they are so comfortable. Because of the latest shoe, I can definitely recommend this shoe πŸ‘πŸ½ Helpful? πŸ‘‡πŸ½Old Rating (3⭐️): While the color and construction looked pretty good, the fit wasn't really right. I'm a regular size 10 in Cole Haan and Lucchese. My toe was sticking out uncomfortably from the front of the shoe. Felt like my legs were tied. I saw reviews before ordering that said they ranged from 1/2 size to true size. Considering they don't come in 1/2 size and I thought it was a soft show that will probably break in comfortably like most shoes of this type and the loose fit never works I thought , I could survive the break-in period. . . Trust me this is not true and the difference is much more than 1/2 size. If a size 11 was an option (returns to Vine are not allowed) I would definitely give these shoes a second chance. There weren't any obvious quality issues, the insole felt nice, and aside from the snazzy shiny plastic logo under the laces (which appeared to be sewn on in the ad), they look pretty casual and fun. I don't recommend reviewing them anyway, but up close, holding them and looking at them, they look like they're worth a try. Helpful?πŸ‘‡πŸ½
