This jam and jelly maker works well. Pros: The machine stirs the jelly for you, so you don't have to constantly stand over a hot stove and stir for more than 10 minutes. It will beep to let you know when to add sugar to your mix so you don't have to guess. Easy to clean and quiet enough. The jelly I made was delicious! Comes with a handy recipe book. Cons: This machine only makes small batches of jams and jellies. If you want large batches, you will need to make more than one batch. The machine must also be completely cooled down between batches. Personally, I like to make large batches of jelly at once. If small batches of jams and jellies are your thing, you'll love this machine.
