Which problems? - Refrigerator parts and accessories

I don't know what that scream is about! Yes, looks a little different. Yes, one of the coils is red, not purple. And the electrical connections look different. Lockable quick disconnect hose connectors instead of tightening threaded nuts. But there are no problems to overcome. Hoses and electrical connections vary by size. The water inlet to the valve and the outlet of the ice maker are the same size, but aside from not confusing them, you're not really going to ruin anything. Disconnect the main water manifold from the old valve. after drilling out a rivet, cut off the old nuts for the tubes and insert the tubes into the appropriate sockets. Insert the wires into the appropriate slots (there is enough wire to reach the opposite side). For simplicity, make all of these connections before reattaching the valve, replace the two bolts and you're done. Just a couple of minutes. Everything fits perfectly, nothing needs to be rebuilt or rebuilt. Keep in mind that at least one reviewer said it came with extra tubes, but mine didn't. However, this was not necessary. The biggest challenge was getting the floor under the fridge clean enough to sit on!
