I've owned this router for a few months now. At first the router was excellent and working perfectly, and then all of a sudden it started throwing weird errors over and over again. The network just turned off all devices connected to it, didn't give me access to the router even over a wired connection, and just stopped working all together. Restarting fixes this problem but it was driving me crazy as it was happening over 4-8 times a day for the past 2 weeks. I'm literally in the middle of a conference call and I get hung up because my router is down, or I'm watching a movie that freezes because my router is down. This product became a major point of failure for my network and TP-Link did not help. When I first contacted support they told me there were no issues that they were aware of and that if I just factory reset the router and it works, this solution didn't help. The second time I contacted support I was told that this was actually a documented, known issue, but R&D just released beta firmware that fixes the issue and this update didn't help. On the third call I have a TP email. - The link asks for help again, but for now I will try to return this router as I am very frustrated and disappointed with its performance and the mediocre manufacturer support when facing a serious issue. If I could give this router less than 1 star I would
