I'm returning to tennis after almost a decade of hiatus and have been looking for reasonable and cheap shoes to play mainly on hard courts (2-3 times a week). They're spot on - they're comfortable and not too bulky, and offer solid support for all the starts and stops that come with gaming. I took the sprocket off because they wear out pretty quickly and the fit is a bit odd. It's hard to explain but the shoes seem too long for their size. I'll probably switch to something more durable if I keep playing at this pace (I've always worn barricades before and loved the fit and durability), but then again, for the price, this is a good pair of shoes, and definitely will to be reliable. Choice for beginners or returnees who don't want to jump straight into more expensive equipment.
