Did they forget about toilet plumbing?

The stabilizer bar across the bottom is completely out of place. It runs right where the plumbing for the toilet is. If they meant for the stabilizer to be installed after the unit is in place, they forgot to mention that, but it wouldn't work regardless. Also the screws for the door handles aren't long enough, so they strip and come right off. Lastly, the directions are SO vague. I did the hinges three different ways and they didn't work. I'll bet the fourth attempt would be the charm but.you know.
