I like that they are constantly evolving with new features which makes it easy for us marketers who don't have time or experience in using this tool! And also there is an amazing community support when you need help with any issue.

The platform has been very helpful so far but sometimes we feel overwhelmed by all notifications from people asking questions about how things work etc. Sometimes it can be tricky figuring out what's best suited for your website/marketing campaign - some tools will work great while others might not fit into our workflow (eCommerce websites). We're solving problems regarding digital marketing campaigns management at my employer.
