Robust and easy to use chatbots for Internal Communications

I have been working closely over past few years at various client's sites where we were using Chatbot platform called GeniEcho as our main communication tool between customers (clients)and employees/partners etc..The thing that stood out was its capability of easily integrating into existing applications without having any coding required which makes life easier! The fact they are constantly improving their product by adding new features like "Smart Reply" really helps us keep up pace when dealing internally woth clients who expect more than just basic CRM functionality but also want some innovation / technology driven approaches too!! Nothing much so far - would love if there could add video call option within this app itself rather then relying upon other platforms suchas Zoometc.
