Not a very good collar.
Definitely insecure Cat collars are not easy to loosen. The small plastic clip used to adjust the size of the collar does not stay in place, causing the collar to come loose on its own. I used them on my dachshunds just to make them look cute, nothing practical. Wouldn't recommend it.
