Hard to tell what works and what doesn't. I feel like I'd like to try again as it seemed to lift my spirits or made me less sensitive to and not fixated on certain situations. I have also tried 5htp which I use at night but the opposite seems to give me energy for me (says to take 1 hour before bed) but maybe also helps with mood and just a more positive attitude/one more positive appearance. There are 100 of them but I break them in half and take half of them say 2-3 times a day as far as I can remember. I started this supplement first so it might be a combined effect at the moment. Bottom line, everything is so different, and it seems like a bit of trial and error. I wish you the best of luck finding something that helps! I've read that it's good to be off certain medications that some suffer from if that extra treat helps. Try it and see. Just read the reviews of different dietary supplements, it seems that everyone reacts differently to everything we take. Just like some have allergies and some don't. Find out what works for you!
