I like that it can be used as an interactive way to get feedback from customers, in this case potential students at my university who are looking into majoring program management or web design! It is not much of anything but i think its more about getting people interested rather than being beneficial when you actually need them by asking what they liked best? If any part does work then great otherwise stay away until better tools come out with actual benefits instead just creating engagement between users/customers.
