Quick and easy - cleans well

I've been using this for about a year now. Full disclosure: I've had some pretty horrible dental habits. I often only clean in the morning and not before bed. I rarely floss. It was always fun going to the dentist and hearing the age old "How often do you floss?" Conversation. "Oh, several times a week." As if the hygienist couldn't tell from my easily bleeding gums that I only floss when there's something between my teeth. Anyway, I started wearing Invisalign clear braces in early 2014. They are great because you take them off as you eat so you can eat whatever you want. However, you must brush and floss your teeth before putting them back in, otherwise they become breeding grounds for acid, bacteria, and tooth decay on your teeth. So I had to fundamentally rethink my dental habits. Aligner guards can only be removed for two hours a day. So when I'm in a restaurant, I have to go to the bathroom and brush/floss after dinner. This makes speed/ease a priority as I don't want people waiting for some weird guy to brush his teeth in a public restroom. I've found toothpicks to be much easier and quicker to use than regular dental floss. I'm a tall guy (6ft 3in) and have big hands, so I've always had trouble putting regular floss in my mouth. It's a lot easier with them. You can do it with one hand and quickly. Pros: - Easy to use - Cleans well (at least according to my dentist) if you follow directions - Small and easy to carry in your pocket - Sealable pouch keeps dust out of your pocket - Slips easily between teeth - Cons: - I would say I break the floss about 2 times out of 10 and usually on the first tooth. I have crowded teeth (hence Invisalign) so things can get tight. But honestly, I just hate some of them. It can be really frustrating when I'm not at home and only have one in my pocket. After tearing: I don't need to floss. makes it quite inefficient Not like a wood chopper I'm going with four stars because I agree with other reviewers that they're a bit cheaply made.
