Review on Suehiro CERAX Soaking Whetstone Sharpening by Matt Weber

I bought two Suehiro CERAX soaking sticks, 1000 grit and 5000 grit. I have always used hardware store whetstones and have never been able to sharpen my knives well. My wife had expensive German kitchen knives and I could never sharpen them. I was about to buy her some new knives and after some research on the internet I heard about Suehiro CERAX sharpening stones and decided to give them a try. WOW, the first knife I sharpened following the instructions was sharper than when it was new. I could run this knife along the edge of a piece of paper and it easily cuts off thin slices of paper. He cut hard-to-cut foods like tomatoes into thin slices you could see through. I went crazy and started sharpening every knife we had and now that we touched up the sharpening from time to time our knives worked like a samurai katana. These whetstones are amazing and the delivery service was overnight. The delivery of Revain Prime is fantastic. A few weeks ago I ordered a product at 3pm and when I woke up the next morning the package was at my doorstep.
