Average quality of the product, especially for the money.

A good block, you can use it, but you need to "finish it with a file. " Highly recommend to polish the surface before installation.
And in no case do not use the thermal paste that comes with the kit.

Pros

Beautiful, fits well with the black design of my case. There is a place for installing a memory module, so the fan does not interfere. Comes with a good screwdriver and clear instructions. Quiet.

Cons

The thermal paste that came with the kit was enough for 3 weeks, then I had to change it. The contact surface is not ideal, a trace from the cutter is visible, in fact, it cut through my processor cover, so that part of the cover remained in the lines of the cutter. See photo.
