Updating a previously submitted review. Unfortunately, the return period has already expired. Is working! It stopped working, won't restart, can't remove the back cover to charge the batteries, can't do anything about it! Not useful for me but worked for now although was great for a short time but ended up costing nothing just wish it died in the return window. Works the same as the Ring but over Wi-Fi. I had another brand that died and this was a replacement that a customer service rep helped me with. Selection. I love that it works on my Wi-Fi and I don't have to add a bill for the surveillance system like the Ring folks do. Clear images and consistent traffic reports around my front. It was also a plus that it comes with its own batteries and an SD card installed! Easy to set up, there is an option to pay for cloud storage but I find it unnecessary as it automatically erases the SD card and keeps working when it's full, especially if I'm just moving around regularly with passers-by. I can email the video to myself if needed if I have an incident and need to save a video.
