I like that it's in Cloud, which means all of my team members are able to access everything at once so we don't have wait for each other when submitting documents etc.

As mentioned above they also provide templates so you do not need an expert person/knowledgeable about this specific builder field who knows how to fill out forms properly to know what information needs to be provided by your client or subcontractor.
