The bread maker is quite compact, almost all items need to be weighed in grams, flour and liquids. eggs by size. Banana bread doesn't need nuts. (not everyone reacts to this) My other bread maker couldn't bake banana walnut bread, it was still raw on the inside. It took about 5 more minutes to cook. According to the instructions, this seam is the same. I returned it the next day.
