As a casual lifter, I find this bench to suit my needs. I am able to change elevation on my bench presses which was the main reason I bought this bench.I am 5’8 and I can understand how this bench feels "tall”. I feel like I’m on the fence about it. It doesn’t affect me, but it is something g to consider.
