Review on 🚣 Sevylor Coleman Colorado 2-Person Fishing Kayak: The Ultimate Angler's Companion! by Kulwinder Hendrickson

We bought this boat for our son less than 2 months ago. The boat is very well maintained. 3 weeks ago one of the chambers popped out while inflating. We use a pump to control PSI and have inflated our paddleboards then and have had no issues since. After contacting Coleman for warranty information/assistance we have had many issues since. They asked us to send specific photos, then asked us to write the incident number with a permanent marker, take a picture and send it back, then asked us to rewrite the incident number above the word "Coleman" and resubmit - That Word "coleman" does not exist on a boat - replied to this email, now we are asked to resize the photos we have already sent and send them again! In the meantime we don't want our son using the boat because we don't want to make the problem worse AND he can't get out on the water he loves so much! Bad bad bad customer service. Now we wait and I'm sure there will be more hoops to jump through. Sequel follows.
