The best part about Panasoftware was its user friendly nature which made it very simple to use. I also liked their customizations of our website so we could make it look more appealing with our logo etc. Also they were able to provide us seamless support from start till end - whether it be during sales or after sale period as well. Their customer service always comes through when you need them most! They are extremely helpful in providing suggestions regarding new features which can help improve your business operations further. We have been using this software since 2014 but still haven't found anything much wrong except maybe some minor issues here & there. But nothing major at least now. And yes, overall experience has improved drastically over last few years. 1) Easy navigation2) User Friendly Interface3) Customized Website4) Customer Service5).
