Review on πŸ”‹ 48-Pack Duracell Procell AA Batteries by Tommy Maynard

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Fake or horribly redesigned

Like many other reviewers, I was sent these packages of homemade batteries. We used to get them in these big boxes of 24 batteries, but there were 6 packs of 4 batteries as the 4 batteries had their own little box. As you can see from the photo, they came completely out of their boxes and were only contained in one large box. The serial number on the batteries isn't in the usual place, and the one there is so badly stamped (rather than printed in the usual way) that I can't tell exactly what it says. The batteries we used also had a textured wrapper, while these batteries are smooth. The color is also different. MOST IMPORTANTLY, these batteries are slightly smaller, which doesn't seem to matter much to others. Unfortunately, we use these in our Shure wireless in-ear headphones and the batteries are so small that with slight movement they lose good contact and disable the user's IEM (in the middle of songs, causing errors). . We spent over $200 on it (bought 4 orders of 48) which is the second bulk order we've received in this condition. We no longer buy from Revain and will think twice before buying ProCell from Duracell. We will be back as soon as possible. Please read this before purchasing!
