I really wanted people to like this product, I thought it was a brilliant idea and it might work well for others, but to me it was just an expensive lightbulb. Tried both indoors and outdoors. I first put it in the kitchen next to our sliding glass doors, which has been getting a lot of flies and mosquitoes lately. It has the neat ability to switch modes just by moving the wall switch up and down. You can choose only blue light, white light, both on or both off. I left the blue light on for a couple of weeks, or sometimes both lights for dinner, but nada. I've never seen him kill anyone. I checked the inside for debris and just below for the floor and no body parts. I then thought maybe it would work better outside where hopefully it could kill all the mosquitoes. I put it outside for a few weeks but never saw it work or any evidence that it works. I even sat outside and watched the bugs circle the world and never got hit. It puts out a decent LED lamp, so it's great for that purpose, but I'd happily pay a lot more if it could do what it says on the tin.
