I tried it on and found that the waist is more comfortable than full.
I was looking for a "fun and flirty" skirt that wasn't too short and here it is. I tried it on and found the waist comfortable rather than bulky and I liked the feel of the material: not light cotton, not too much polyester. I'm 5'4" and it falls just below my kneecap. I just want to find a blouse or cool t-shirt to wear because I have a short waist and with a tucked-in shirt the whole ensemble looks too crumpled. But I do love this skirt!
