Review on Portable and Lightweight Blue Mars Bird Carrier – Travel Cage for Pets Birds by Chris Pinkston

UPDATE - The company contacted me after my initial review and offered to refund my money without requiring a return of the product which I think is more than fair. The email says they will adjust their production based on my feedback and I hope they will. I'll leave that to future reviewers. Overall I still like the product. First review: the dimensions are listed as 16 x 10 x 10, but the height is just over 9 inches, not 10 inches. For me, the height was the most important parameter. I think it will work but I don't have my bird yet. The tray is a little tight from side to side - this makes it appear to pop out. The tray was a key selling point for me, but I might not use it if it keeps bouncing out of place. The seams are a bit wobbly which makes the perch not entirely straight but I don't think the bird will mind. The rest of the rod fits well. Other than that, it seems pretty solid. Everything was well packed and undamaged. I've followed the advice above which says to run a utility knife over the round holes before removing the plastic - this worked fine.
