The carrier I received had all sorts of issues, most notably the zipper. But the support team did their best to solve the problem very quickly. They ended up sending me another porter. Based on the Q&A I wasn't expecting there to be cups and a tray so this was a pleasant surprise. The only bad thing is the plastic wrap.
