The carrier I received had all sorts of issues, most notably the zipper. But the support team did their best to solve the problem very quickly. They ended up sending me another porter. Pretty good porter. It is foldable, so you can save space when needed. My biggest problem with this is that the plastic wrap gets stuck in the tabs and doesn't come off completely. And since the case is completely transparent, my birds tend to think there is nothing there and try to fly while in the carrier. I think adding some kind of texture or dots to the shell would help solve this problem. Overall a pretty good operator and phenomenal customer service.
