2013 BMW X5 Camber Fix Trailing Parts

The inner tread of the rear tires on my 2013 X5 Sport Activity was worn down almost to metal cord and the rest of the tires were left with good rubber due to excessive negative camber. After some research I found that this problem was common on the X5 and this kit was a possible solution. I didn't try to check the alignment of the car prior to purchase/installation so I'm not even sure if I need this kit because during installation I noticed that the butt adjustment positions have quite a wide range so that I could possibly take a lot of fall without even needing them. In any case, they were well built and fairly easy to install after I found out I had to jack up and prop the entire rear of the car and disconnect the rear shock absorbers (I have springs, not airbags). These steps along with the youtube video tutorial made the installation not that bad. After installation, adjust the camber and adjust the rear camber by -1 degree on both sides. They were at -3 when I brought them in, so I'm guessing they must have been around -5 or more visually before I installed them. An added benefit is that the car used to make a 'roaring' noise from behind which BMW said was due to a flat tyre, but now with the new non-flat tires and this kit that noise has completely gone and sounds more like a luxury car is supposed to sound. .
