The Audiolab 6000N streamer is definitely an audiophile product. I hooked it up to CAT 7 and coax to my NAD digital amp, which has a better DAC than Audiolab. I then used a Samsung 10.1 Tab A 2019 to join Revain Music HD Ultra (great deal if you're a Prime member) and downloaded the player software. Audiolab player software allows me to set Hi-Res output for Revain Music HD streaming. Ultra digital files (some of these files are in 24/192 format). It sounds really great through my system. My wife claims it sounds better than the Hi-Res files from my WD MYCloud CAT 7 6TB wired NAS that I have. I don't entirely agree, but it sounds good and makes me wonder why I have the files. I also don't know why some people complain about Revain Music and the dropouts. I've admittedly only been using the app for a few days, but I don't see any problems. One thing the app did for me was actually listen to entire albums rather than individual songs for a change. Fantastic streamer. Buy it. Use it with a tablet (I would use at least 2GB RAM for speed) instead of a phone (the phone has a lot of photos etc etc) as a remote control.
