Review on 🏔️ Glacier Speedform Running Shoes by Under Armour by Melvin Boss

It's an odd combination of great and not so good depending on your needs. In general I am satisfied with the purchase. As a regular UA customer, I was surprised at how poor the quality was compared to previous versions. I'm not saying this should be avoided, just my first impression of the shoe out of the box. After looking at the shoes I think I understand why. Most material consists of one or two parts at most. It might just be a design change to save money. However, the only thing that made me deduct a star was the heel. There is no padding around the heel as is common with shoes of this style. Turns out that doesn't bother me, but it just smells like jumping material to me. If you like wearing shoes without socks, I wouldn't do it. When first worn they felt uncomfortable and stiff. I immediately worried that I had bought the wrong shoes. However, after a few hours of wearing, they really adjusted and became comfortable, especially when walking. I tend to walk a lot during my workday and they hold up very well. However, they don't stretch very much, so they stay snug even after repeated use. The sole is not removable so forget to buy one and put on your own gel soles. I feel comfortable walking in them. The laces of the shoes are short. Normally the laces are too long, that's not the case here. They're just long enough. The style and appearance are exactly the same as the photo. The blue is bright but doesn't look useless. Size: I wear a 10 all the time and have an average foot width. I have no problems with bows. You are a bit small. I mean hardly small. I like comfortable shoes so I don't mind. However, my big toe is half an inch from the top of the shoe. For some this may be too close. In terms of width, I took the usual size and a little smaller than I'm used to. I have no idea what the difference in width is from size to size, so I'm not sure if you should choose a larger width. I would say if you don't like the narrow fit or are often on the larger side of a size 10, go up a half size and you should be able to solve the narrow toe and width issue for a medium wide foot. There is not much arch support in these shoes. They're not designed for that, so it's not surprising. Conclusion: Good, but not outstanding. They make good walking shoes.
