Wrinkles won't go away

The rug has been folded in half and I can't straighten it out for the rest of my life. I've tried heating the stuff up with a hair dryer and even left a few bricks on it overnight. The crease was still there. I hate that. The mat comes with an elastic around the edges that needs to be cut out. The dual cup holder does not fit my 2021 Tesla 3. Only one cup holder fits the rear seat cup holders. Squares are not good. This was probably the design of an older Tesla 3 and the interior has changed over time.
