ANCHOR FASTENINGS CHARACTER on Engine Parts

I own an auto repair shop, I want to be able to buy a quality fastener in this town, nearest importer is 40 miles in either direction, the only fasteners Home worn parts are here are anchors and they are junk. If you get one that doesn't fit and send it back for a job guarantee they will reject it every time and the reason is that we checked it and it matches our sample. This has happened to me so many times that I've spoken to the parts supplier, they can't do more than an anchor company. I finally got that specific part number for an odyssey where we had the timing belt repaired. Between two parts suppliers they sent a total of three brackets and none of them fit, either the bracket screw holes were wrong or the top was welded in the wrong position, it just so happens that the city of Orielly's was too high, and the managers in advance. I sent for both and compared them to the original. They took photos, both called and emailed the hosts. finally, oriellys credited us for the work at 12pm. not worth the escalation. never got an answer before. I'm tired of unnecessary parts and the only way to do better is to let people know and then they have to stop supporting companies like this and parts suppliers have to demand a better part, they're not stupid they know what they are doing. resell. The anchoring doesn't last longer than a few months and the customer is in the same boat. Until the suppliers change bindings, my customers have to wait for quality bindings from the dealer. This mount company earns nothing, but that's as low as I could get.
