I like that RGC is easy for my team members to use because it's web-based system allows them access from any computer or mobile device in their office! It has been very helpful with our budgeting process as well as keeping track of all funds received by each project we are working on at one time. We also love how they can easily upload new files into projects without having to navigate through multiple different screens/windows which saves us precious time!! Sometimes there could be some lag between when you submit something online versus seeing an update immediately after submitting but not enough to cause frustration. There isn't anything I dislike about using the program; however if anyone does have suggestions please feel free to let me know so we may implement those changes next year. The main benefit is being able to keep up with budgets while still remaining flexible throughout the fiscal years.
