These are lightweight and compact tie downs. Being only 2.5 cm thick, they can easily be stowed anywhere in your vehicle. Although the tape is thin, it makes the weave strong and able to withstand light to moderate loads. There is a piece of felt/polyester under the buckle to prevent the buckle from scratching the car. The buckle is metal so I'm concerned about rusting (but I live in a place where it rains about 3 times a year so I can't verify). Overall, it is durable and suitable for light to medium loads.
