Review on πŸ—ΊοΈ Uncover Uncharted Routes with the Rand McNally Road Explorer 5 Advanced Car GPS by George Jacobson

Good salesman ! About Automotive & Automotive Electronics

Have another Rand Mcnally 7 Explorer, works well and has decent GPS - NOT suitable for my age range or issues. Much of it is amateur quality and obviously intended for truckers avoiding hard "car" turns. MANY locations on the map are missing. I am diabetic and have problems with Eyesite, even the 7 inch screen has a poor choice of colors and fonts. And with bad POIs, truck mods and similar GPS with VOICE and BLUETOOTH. I returned to Turk Loving Garmin. The unit does the job and is a decent company but this unit has screen issues and in reviewing the NEW Conductor 7 that I replaced I also see where the LCD screen has a bottom protective glass. So I recommend the seller, but in fact for older motorists with GPS, this is not the best device. I was fine with the speech and may have kept it if the screen wasn't damaged then went south when installed.

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Crumpled Packaging
